Andrea Borda, CLC, is the WIC Breastfeeding Coordinator of Mississippi Central Region II. She is featured in Case 3 of the IPE where she discusses WIC's role in providing #breastfeeding education and support to moms during #pregnancy and after birth.

Cathy is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). IBCLCs help mothers establish and sustain #breastfeeding and aid hospitals in developing exclusive breastfeeding protocols.
