Students/Interns

CHEERing accepts students and volunteers on placements, internships, and practicums, from all over the world

We work with Erasmus, Erasmus+, and Erasmus Mundus students, we are an Erasmus Entrepreneur site, and we accept and undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in public health, maternal child health, nutrition, disaster management, football coaching, and humanitarian work.

Our team is directly linked to Boston University Schools of Medicine and Public Health (USA), and to the University of Nicosia Medical School in Cyprus, and we host placements for Sheffield University Medical School, and Boston University School of Public Health on an ongoing basis.

Past and present students have managed medication distribution; coached football teams, set up CHEERing Grow Clinics, renovated a shelter clinic, and run education sessions inside camps and shelters. We also welcome students with research interests in fields related to our work. We require at least a 2 month commitment, ideally 3-6 months.
